GPT Medicine gives general health education. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Using this site, or any prompt it creates, does not create a doctor-patient relationship with Harvey Castro, MD, MBA or anyone else. No clinician reviews what you type or what an AI tool tells you.

AI answers can be wrong

AI tools can be wrong, out of date, incomplete or confidently mistaken. Do not start, stop or change any medicine or treatment because of an AI answer. Confirm everything with a licensed clinician or pharmacist. If you feel worse, get seen, whatever an AI tool said.

Your privacy

• The prompt builder runs only in your browser. This site does not collect, save or send anything you type into it.
• When you paste a prompt into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or another AI tool, that company receives it. Consumer AI tools are generally not covered by HIPAA, so their own privacy policy applies, not your doctor's. Read it before you share health details.
• That is why the builder asks only for an age range and warns you if you type something that looks like a name, date, phone number, address or ID number.
• The site counts page visits in aggregate to see which pages help people. It does not see what you type.
